Return Policy


Firstly, thank you for choosing Arla Medical to help you with your breastfeeding journey. While we hope that you are happy with the items in your order, we do understand that returns are sometimes necessary. When that is the case, we want to make the returns process as easy as possible.

Please note that breast pumps and breast pump accessories are personal hygiene items and cannot be returned unless they meet the following criteria:

  1. All breast pump and breast pump accessory returns must be authorized within 30 days of the original shipment date. 
  2. All items must be new, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the manufacturer’s factory seal still intact.
  3. All returns must be authorized by Arla Medical. Items must be returned within 20 days of receiving authorization. 
  4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the mistake is by us. We recommend you using USPS, UPS, or FedEx so that items can be tracked as Homefront Pumps is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return. As well, we cannot process your return until all items are received.
  5. All items will be inspected by our team upon their return.
  6. If our inspection team determines that the returned item is not as described above (including breast pumps and breastfeeding accessories) it will be destroyed and NOT returned to the customer under any circumstances.
  7. If an exchange is requested, it will be issued upon acceptance of the returned item.
